Instructor Mosaic FAQ(Go to Student Help Documents instead)
The Mosaic username and password is the same one used to log onto campus computers, and to access your AuArts email, but without the "@auarts.ca" (typically firstname.lastname). This is refered to as the Network Access Account (NA2) username and password.
If you are new faculty or staff and need to determine your Network Access username and password, contact the Helpdesk. For more information on computer and technology related services, browse the Helpdesk Knowledgebase.
If you have forgotten your password, your password has expired, or you are still unable to log in to Mosaic, drop by the Helpdesk (Room 436) with your AUArts ID to reset your password or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request a password reset.
Please complete the New Mosaic Site Request Form on the Mosaic front page and send it to email@example.com. Library staff will notify you by email when your new course template has been created.
As part of system maintenance, we hide and/or backup all courses from previous semesters. If you would like to access any courses you have previously created, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will unhide and/or restore the course for you.
