How do I log in to Mosaic?

The Mosaic username and password is the same one used to log onto campus computers, and to access your AUArts email, but without the "@auarts.ca" (typically firstname.lastname). This is refered to as the Network Access Account (NA2) username and password.

New students can use this guide to determine your Network Access username and password. More information can be found on the Helpdesk Knowledgebase

I forgot my Mosaic password, can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, you cannot change it wihthin Mosaic. To reset your password for the Network Access Account use the "can't access your account" feature on mail.auarts.ca, send an email to helpdesk@auarts.ca and request a password reset, or drop by the Helpdesk (Room 436) with your AUArts ID to reset your password.

I can't see the course I’m registered in?

Email your instructor if the course you are registered in does not show up when you log into Mosaic.

Where can I learn more?

The learning management software we are currently using in Mosaic is called Moodle. To learn more about using Moodle, check out Introducing Moodle on LinkedIn Learning (Formerly Lynda.com), available through the library. Contact lynda.help@auarts.ca for your access pass.
