Arts management
The Arts Management Micro-Credential is designed to introduce creative professionals to management concepts and practices for arts organizations. Students will learn how to utilize those strategies and engage successfully with internal and external stakeholders to develop business acumen to finish with tools to start a new business or re-invigorate a current operation.

Learn how to support organizations and yourself to develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance competitive advantages and unique market values. Students will create, test and analyze project plans through hands-on practical projects, teamwork and simulations that allow participants to explore management strategies and decision-making within the arts.
