Pittsburgh Glass Centre Residency Award

The Pittsburgh Glass Center is a gallery, glass studio, and public-access school dedicated to teaching, creating and promoting studio glass art. It is located on Penn Avenue in the Garfield neighborhood of Pittsburgh.

Application process: 
  1. Upload all supporting documentation (images, statement, etc.) to Slideroom
  2. Application Deadline: Feb 28th (*applications will be accepted on the following working day, if the deadline falls on a weekend)
Submit/Submission : 
  • Five (5) images of current work
  • Image list indicating number, title, size, medium and date of completion of work
  • Proposal to study at Pittsburgh Glass Center including how being enrolled in a specific course will relate to your work or how you intend to adapt it to your work in the future
  • Artist statement
  • Recipient is responsible for application fee, travel and living expenses.
