Audiovisual services
Reserve audiovisual equipment and facilities and request technical support.
Students, faculty, and staff can reserve a variety of AV equipment from Audiovisual Services (AVS). We also have an AV suite called the Media Project Studio. It can be reserved for audio and visual recording, editing, special effects, and file exporting. The Media Project Studio also features a small sound booth for live recordings.
How to reserve equipment and facilities
You’ll need a valid AUArts student ID card to reserve equipment and.or facilities. Once you have an ID card, select the equipment you need from the list below and email avservices@auarts.ca or visit the office to request a reservation.

Technical support
An AVS technician is available to provide support on-site Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.
