GLSS 320 - Independent Directions: Individual Approaches to Research & Glass Practice
GLSS 320 is a studio-based course in which students will develop the skills to plan and execute an independent body of work. They will engage in independent research as a means of developing concepts, making informed material choices, and situating their work within the field of contemporary glass. The role of collaboration in maintaining a safe and productive studio environment will be emphasised. Students will express, defend, and provide reasons for their decisions in critiques, while also developing their ability to provide constructive criticism to their peers.
