Come for a tour

General tours and information sessions

During the school year (September - April) campus tours and information sessions are available most Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:00 p.m (with the tour portion starting at 4:30 pm). During the Spring/Summer months (May - August) a limited schedule of campus tours will be available. Tours are led by our very own Student Ambassadors and are most suitable for students in Grade 11 and up. Parents, family, and friends are welcome to attend.

Tour and info session agenda

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm We will start with a 30 minute information session covering topics such as features and benefits of attending AUArts, admissions and portfolio submission criteria and you will hear from an AUArts alumni about their personal experience completing their education at AUArts.

4:30pm - 6:30 pm The walking tour begins,  The walking tour will focus on the spots and services of most relevance to new or incoming AUArts students.

Expect to be with us for approximately 90 minutes in total, however if you would like to schedule some extra time to meet one-on-one with one of our Admissions and Recruitment team members we are happy to coordinate that for you either before or after the allotted time for the presentaton and tour. Please email us at myfuture@auarts.ca to schedule a one-on-one meeting with our Admissions and Recruitment Officer.

Sat-TOUR-days

Sat-TOUR-days are special, student-led tours of the AUArts campus, that happen on – you guessed it! – Saturdays. They’re a great way to get to know AUArts. You’ll spend about an hour and a half with us, getting an insider’s tour of our studios and facilities by current students who will tell you what it’s really like to go to school here. Our Student Ambassador will be able to answer any questions you might have about our programs and applications process. This tour will not include an information session, however the Student Ambassador will be able to stay after the tour is completed to answer any additional questions you have about AUArts.
