AUArts Alumni Named Finalists in the 2021/22 Salt Spring National Art Prize

Four national independent jurists have selected 52 pieces of artwork from artists across Canada to represent in The Salt Spring National Art Prize (SSNAP), 2021/22. AUArts congratulates Alumni Jacqueline Huskisson and Rebekah Miller for being selected as finalists in this competition and exhibition. 

Artwork will be revealed to the public during the SSNAP Opening Gala of the Finalists’ Exhibition on September 24, 2021 and will be available for viewing September 24 – October 25, 2021.

About The Salt Spring National Art Prize Society


The Salt Spring National Art Prize (SSNAP) is a biennial competition and exhibition of Canadian visual art, with the Finalist exhibition taking place from September 24 – October 25, 2021, at historic Mahon Hall on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia. Finalists may be selected to win one of ten awards – six selected by jurors and four selected by public vote offering $41,000 in awards to Canadian visual artists.
