National Depression Screening Test
Free and Anonymous Test
October 5 to 11, 2020National Depression Screening Day (NDSD), is a free public service spearheaded by the Calgary Counselling Centre with the support of many organizations, corporations as well as schools and post-secondary education institutions, to help raise awareness of depression and to encourage those who need it to get help.
The NDSD test is a free and anonymous online screening test. It takes less than three minutes to complete and it offers individuals the opportunity to be screened for depressive symptoms, with complete anonymity, from any computer or mobile device.
