Spring 2020 Show + Sale: A weekend market showcasing student work
Join us for Show & Sale, the semiannual event featuring the artworks of students at Alberta University of the Arts. Hosted by our Students' Association, view over 3,000 original creations, including paintings, photographs, drawings, prints, glass, fibre, jewellery, sculpture, ceramics, design and more! All ticket and purchase proceeds go directly to participating students, student scholarships and entrepreneurial training.
Three ways to join us:
- First Night Fundraiser on Friday, March 27 (5 to 8 pm), with light refreshments from our sponsors at National Beer Hall, and a cash bar supported by Village Brewery. Tickets are just $25 per person and give you first-day access to purchase artworks.
- New VIP Advanced Access Package! On Friday, March 27 (3 to 5 pm), enjoy an exclusive personalized tour, hosted by an expert faculty or staff member that allows for first access to artworks for purchase. Learn what to look for when purchasing and collecting artworks, and what goes into their creation. Get to know what it is like to be a student at AUArts and hear a firsthand perspective on educating and supporting artists, craftspeople and designers in their creative practices.

- Entrance by Donation will continue through the weekend market Saturday, March 28 (12 to 6 pm) and Sunday, March 29 (12 to 4 pm)
