Take your jewellery-making skills further with this hands-on introduction to ring making. You will learn essential techniques of ring making which include measuring, piercing, texturing, filing, soldering, shaping, and finishing. Begin by creating a wrap-over or open-backed ring, then progress to designing and fabricating a fully soldered ring. With guidance from your instructor, you'll develop original designs and leave the course with two or more completed rings—and a solid foundation in small-scale metalwork.
