Learn to harness storytelling as a leadership and influence tool within a professional context. Moving beyond communication basics, this course invites learners to explore how personal and organizational narratives shape culture, values, and vision. Through immersive activities, learners will examine how to identify and refine authentic voices, frame stories to influence decision-making, and build trust through vulnerability and transparency. Emphasis is placed on using narrative to lead change, foster inclusion, and connect with varied audiences—whether in a team huddle, a boardroom, or an online campaign.
