Funding and Proposal Development explores diverse funding sources, including grants, donations, and sponsorships, and teaches strategic research techniques for identifying viable funding opportunities. Learners will gain practical skills in grant writing, proposal research and development, with an emphasis on having an impact on potential funders and growing community trust. The course incorporates real-world nonprofit case studies to contextualize learning and provides hands-on experience in creating a mini-proposal or grant application for a nonprofit initiative.
