Vivid 2022 - Alumni Third Anniversary Project: Changing Perceptions

Vivid 2022 location

In celebration of our third year as Alberta University of the Arts, we are proud to introduce another, Vivid: The AUArts Alumni Anniversary Project.

The theme of this year’s Vivid project is Changing Perceptions. The commissioned alum will create 2-D artworks in two outdoor, recessed, multi-angled spaces. Viewed from different angles, created on surfaces at different angles, all different sizes, you can change perceptions through creativity.

Your work will greet arts lovers in the busy, outdoor covered corridor on the ground floor of the parkade as you enter AUArts towards the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium.

AUArts is not only three years old as a university, but we are 96 years old as an art, craft, and design institution. Be part of this alumni project as we head towards our centennial year in 2026!
