A Calm Morning on the BowAcrylic on Canvas (18x24) I remember in the summer time, when my family would often go camping in the mountains. The reference photo was taken on early summer morning when I was in 7th grade. I painted this acrylic composition during my first semester in high-school, when everything seemed so unfamiliar, quick, and exhausting. This painting helped remind me that every morning brought a new light, a new world. Difficult times will fade with many sunrises. "A Calm Morning on the Bow" brought me back to a sense of nostalgic peace during the weeks I spent painting it. |
