Outlook and other Microsoft apps on myApps may not load

Microsoft has mitigated most of the issues related to Outlook, however some users may still run into occasional outages. Users may experience intermittent delays or navigation errors when accessing SharePoint sites or OneDrive.

Non-Microsoft apps like webService and Mosaic are unaffected.

Microsoft has reported that the service is not fully restored and that some users in some regions may still be impacted by this issue.

This issues affecting Microsoft services were listed as mostly resolved around 11:30 AM this morning. However at around 2:30 PM Microsoft again reports some users may be unable to access Outlook on the web or other Microsoft 365 services and features.

Good Morning,

We have received reports that some AUArts users are unable to access Microsoft Outlook on the web.

Microsoft has acknowledged that there is an issue and is working to resolve this.

The next update will be at 10:00am.

Now we realize that impacted users that use Outlook on the web won’t receive this notice but if you are collaborating with someone please pass the message on via teams or telephone.
