Here & Now

An exhibition of new AFA artworks at the Royal Alberta Museum from April 17 to September 29.

The Alberta Foundation of the Arts (AFA) art collection, which boasts representation from more than 1,700 Albertan artists, is the largest public art collection dedicated solely to Alberta art.

Here & Now is a carefully curated selection of 16 artworks by 12 Alberta artists. The exhibition displays themes of identity, strength, landscape and ability. The pieces included in the exhibit showcase Alberta’s unique cultural heritage and represent the amazing talent of Alberta artists.
