Celebration
This acrylic painting is dedicated to my friend’s battle to explore their identity. I portrayed them with an intense glare that showcased the confidence built over time through acknowledging their inner feminine self.
Their gesture demonstrates a gradual revelation of who they are to others while respectfully holding onto their past identity with care. The skin they came from gave birth to their current self. They have grown and will continue to flourish.
