This drawing envisions a dystopian future where the last city above water is encased by three concentric walls due to rising sea levels caused by global warming. The rigid class hierarchy dictates resource distribution, leading the affluent inner ring to exploit the outer ring, resulting in the collapse of the first wall. Impoverished refugees flood the second ring, forced into the slums in the rift valley. The once-protective walls transform into symbols of insurmountable hierarchy, highlighting the consequences of humanity's overemphasis on individualism, which erodes collective growth and exacerbates class division. The narrative underscores the precarious nature of our current environmental and societal trajectories, presenting a pessimistic yet not implausible vision of the future.
