Theresa Pinhey is an illustrator, animator and animation instructor who lives and works in Calgary, Alberta. Along with instructing with AUArts Con Ed, Theresa works as Outreach & Education Coordinator at Quickdraw Animation Society, and is leading the charge in animation education.
Theresa graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in New Media, became an animation instructor for youth. Theresa lived and worked in Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan as an English teacher from 2016-2019.

"Digital Lab for Animators teaches students four main programs that they will be expected to know while in any industry with animation - Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Toon Boom Harmony.
It's a great crash course on playing with multiple programs, learning industry vocabulary, and finding your comfort zone in the ocean of animation and digital art software.
